Rockford, Ill. – March 27, 2018 – Greg Watt, President/CEO of WATT Global Media, was a guest speaker at the annual Management Association of Illinois 2018 Conference in Itasca, Ill., on March 8, 2018.

The session presentation, Creating a Results Culture: a CEO’s Perspective, included reflections on the company’s transition to a Results-Only-Work-Environment from 2011 to present. Watt discussed how his 100-year old, family-owned publishing company transformed by redesigning its systems, investing in technology, retraining experienced staff and recruiting new talent to meet evolving client expectations. By designing a strong foundation of employee autonomy and accountability, WATT Global Media accelerated its business results through a Results-Only-Work Environment (ROWE).

More than 250 members attended this event to learn how this redesign led to successful business results and enhanced employee commitment.
