Braselton, GEORGIA — March 1, 2022 — Registration is now open with early savings available for the 2022 Chicken Marketing Summit. The annual executive conference, hosted by WATT Global Media, is scheduled for July 25-27, 2022, at the Château Élan in Braselton, Georgia.

“Today’s consumers lead a life that is increasingly digital with e-commerce experiencing tremendous growth,” said Terrence O’Keefe, content director, WATT Global Media. “This year’s Chicken Marketing Summit will focus on the ways consumers shop for protein and how to leverage technology to reach them.”

The 2022 conference will focus on the theme “Accelerating your digital connection with consumers.” Topics and speakers include: Positioning chicken in the post pandemic market by Maeve Webster with Menu Matters; Protein demand in a post-pandemic world by Mark Jordan with LEAP Market Analytics; Inflation, labor shortages and lingering mandates: What’s for dinner? by Sarah Havala with Cleveland Research; Ghost kitchens, delivery apps and staffing issues: What’s on the menu? by Kelly Fechner with Datassential; and How will digital demand change retail consumer behaviors? by Jennifer Bartashus.

The program also features two panel discussions, which will provide insight on challenges and opportunities for chicken supply chain companies that connect processors with consumers and preparing your company for tomorrow’s consumer. And back by popular demand, the results of the Chicken Consumption Survey will be revealed, answering questions about the most pressing consumer topics.

In addition to the educational sessions, the event will host in-person networking opportunities and will open on July 25 with the traditional Bill Roenigk Chicken Marketing Summit golf tournament.

The annual Chicken Marketing Summit is produced in collaboration with the National Chicken Council and with support from the National Protein and Food Distributors Association.
