A Few Tips Before You Head to the Conference
Innisbrook is spread across a beautiful 900-acre resort, so getting from your room to the conference may take a little longer than expected. Plan a few extra minutes each morning, consider taking the complimentary resort tram for longer trips and wear comfortable shoes. Since many walkways are outdoors, we also recommend checking the forecast and bringing an umbrella or rain jacket if needed.

FAQs
When & where do I get my badge?
Visit the registration desk located in Stirling Hall.
Registration desk hours:
Monday: 10 am – 5:30 pm (after 5:30 go to the Loch Ness pool for badge pickup at the reception)
Tuesday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 am – 12 pm
When & where do we meet for the golf tournament?
11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Golf Tournament Check-In at the Cooperhead Clubhouse
Innisbrook trams are available to the Cooperhead Clubhouse, or if you have your own car, there is parking available at the Clubhouse.
Please arrive to the Clubhouse no later than 11:30 a.m. Your pairings and other details were sent by email last Friday. If you have additional golf questions, please text (815) 383-8210.
When & where do we meet for the Tarpon Springs Sponge Boat Tour?
Meet in the Lobby of the Osprey Clubhouse at 12:15 pm. We will take a bus to the Tarpon Springs Sponge Boat Tour.
The bus will leave at 12:20 pm. The docks are approximately 15 minutes from Innisbrook Resort, and the tour is 60-90 minutes long. There will be some time after the tour to see downtown Tarpon Springs before the bus heads back to Innisbrook Resort at approximately 3:00 pm.
When & where is the opening reception?
6-7:30 pm at the Loch Ness Pool. Join your fellow Summit attendees for drinks and appetizers, plus Golf Tournament awards will be announced.
If this is your first time attending Chicken Marketing Summit, join us at 5:30 pm for an exclusive kickoff reception to meet other first-time attendees.
Are there nearby dinner options?
Yes, there are several on-resort and off-property options.
What should I wear?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities. Meeting rooms can be cool, so bringing a light sweater or jacket is recommended. Comfortable shoes are encouraged since the resort campus provides opportunities for walking between buildings if you choose to
Summer thunderstorms are a possibility in Florida – plan ahead.
How do I find my way around the resort?
Use the venue map available in the app or given to you during hotel check-in to locate meeting rooms, registration, meal functions and networking events.

Does Innisbrook offer tram/shuttle bus service?
Yes. Complimentary tram (shuttle bus) service is available throughout Innisbrook Resort to help guests travel between lodging buildings, restaurants, meeting spaces and other resort amenities. Because the resort spans more than 600 acres, we encourage attendees to take advantage of the trams when traveling longer distances.
Tram service is available daily 5:30 am – 11:30 pm for resort guests. Wait times may vary during busy periods, so we recommend allowing a little extra travel time when heading to education sessions or networking events.
