Changing the way the world approaches egg sanitization
As the use of antibiotics and other antimicrobial interventions has become more restricted by regulations and consumer demands, the importance of implementing egg sanitization in all aspects of poultry meat and egg production will become even more important. The objective of this presentation is to introduce poultry producers and scientists to a highly effective eggshell sanitization technology that can be applied to all types of eggs and at any stage in the production system.
