Rockford, IL – September 4, 2018 – WATT Global Media announces new employee, Sherri Edwards.
The company continues to recruit resources to support growth and expand audience reach of its global portfolio of brands including websites, publications, newsletters, webinars, custom publishing services and live events.
In this position Sherri will be responsible for developing and implementing Content, Product and Audience marketing for magazine, website and newsletter brands, media guides, webinars, custom media, and public relations, development and execution of company communications and branding strategies.
Sherri brings extensive writing and marketing experience to this position. She earned a B.A. degree from Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Prior to joining WATT, Sherri held the position of Director for Dubuque County Early Childhood, was a Freelance Writer/Editor and Technical Writer/Marketing Analyst for National Manufacturing. She holds professional certifications in grant writing and management from St. Ambrose University, worked for Telegraph Herald and Dubuque Area Writer’s Guild and as monthly columnist for Julien’s Journal. She resides in Dubuque, Iowa with her family.
