Rockford, IL – May 4, 2016 – Environmental issues, food safety and animal welfare will be highlighted topics at International Poultry Forum China 2016, scheduled for July 22-23, at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongquiao.
More than 200 professionals from China’s leading broiler and egg producers, the China Broiler Alliance, and the industry’s poultry supply chain are expected to attend this two-day educational and networking forum.

Respected industry experts from around the world will provide presentations focused on two themes: “Environmental Friendliness and Sustainable Development” and “Food Safety and Animal Welfare”. Gary Cooper, chief operating officer of Cooper Farms, will speak about the sustainable farming practices of his family’s successful turkey, layer and swine businesses. Other confirmed international presenters include Marilia Rangel R. M. Campos, Secretary General of the International Poultry Council, and Bruce Dooyema, Logistic Coordinator for Center Fresh Group.
